I’m finding many beautiful places in Italy but I know you don’t mind as this is one of your frequent requests. Today, we’re looking at a villa to rent. It’s beautiful, it’s minimalist and it’s not exactly cheap but because it can accommodate 11 people, if you go as two or three families, that make the budget much more reasonable.
Casa Olivi is located in Treia, in the heart of the Marches, The New Tuscany. I have already presented a couple of places there.
Its renovation took 4 years, conducted by 2 swiss architects Markus Wespi and Jerome de Meuron. The outside style has been preserved as the building is protected by the Italian Cultural and History Administration, but the inside has been entirely re-organised according to a luxurious, high comfortable and minimalist style.
This is really the place to have long lazy days by the pool and then enjoy relaxing diners with amazing Italian food. They can also organize some very nice activities: cooking lesson with a chef, truffle hunting in Aqcualagna, wine tasting, boat trip around the Monte Conero and more.
