Located in the furthest eastern point of Portugal’s Algarve, with Spain just across the Guadiana river, Vila Real de Santo Antonio is a truly hidden gem. Near the middle of the historic, pedestrian centre and with a charming marina in the distance, 3 houses have been redecorated with tons of charm and taste. A blueprint for my dream holiday house if I buy one one day. The houses have pools and are really good for families.

Once rundown and neglected, this traditional house has been rebuilt and extended with an annex to the original structure featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while new wing houses a large living room with a fireplace. The minimalist interior design, the concrete flooring and linear shapes combine to create a pleasant modern ambience.
