I talked to you before about the Pig near Bath which is opening in April and this week I received in my inbox a note that their newest establishment, the Pig on the Beach in Dorset is about to open in June.

They are taking reservations from now so this is your opportunity to get in early and to enjoy one of these lovely places. We haven’t been to one ourselves yet because it is precisely really hard to get a booking !

I do like the idea of a boutique hotel near a beach, it is not that frequent in the UK where hotels near the beach are often big buildings with many rooms and not much style. As you can see on the map (they bought the Manor House Hotel so that’s what I used to find the address and give you the map), the Pig on the Beach is perched high overlooking the seaside, lovely !
