Casa do Pego - Luxury Design Villa with heated pool in Comporta

I have found lots of great hotels and houses in Portugal in the past 10 days so expect to see more of them here! Today, I have a stunning villa which you can rent in the area of Comporta.

Comporta is one of the most exclusive places in Portugal and I had pointed to Sublime Comporta some time ago. Andre and his family have built this beach house as a retreat from Lisbon, where they live.

The design is quite unique with a single floor building that looks like it’s rising from the sand dunes. The architecture really seeks to highlight the beautiful environment in which the house sits: there are several wide openings to enjoy the outside such as a private sunny rooftop terrace with a heated swimming pool, a garden, a front deck and an interior patio.

The beach is only 500 meters away and has been voted many times the best beach in Portugal. Look at this last photo, doesn’t make you want to be there right now?
