A pretty small hotel in Greece has caught my attention.  It’s in a less known area of Greece, in Kanali, a beautiful seaside village on the coast road from Preveza to Parga in northwestern Greece. It’s not very touristy yet so you can expect calm and authenticity.

There is a reason behind the name:  SESA is for S – Sea , E – Earth, S – Sun and A – Air.  Given that it’s located literally 5 seconds from the beach, this is aptly named.

It is really boutique: there are only 7 rooms!

Families are very welcome: there are triple rooms and you can have extra cots/beds.  With the beach close by (complete  a beach bar with umbrellas and private sun-beds) and a swimming pool (with its own bar too), you can easily enjoy a dip in between the kids’naps.

The design is clean and simple : airy white rooms with modern technology blend in well within the environment. Each of the 11 rooms has a balcony.

Breakfast is an extravagant affair:  a three course meal served all morning at the table. It is said to be delightful with a mix of sweet and savoury dishes.

Explore and admire: within a short ride by taxi, you can go visit the Necropolis ruins and museum. You can also take the coastal road to Preveza, Parga or even Sivota and you’ll come across beautiful beaches. From Parga, you can catch a boat to the tiny Paxoi Islands.

Luxury at a very affordable price: it’s part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World because probably due to its great service and restaurant.  But the starting prices in May are 130 Euros!
