At the beginning of 2015, I had listed a few hotels that were about to open in 2015. I since then added more regularly on my Pinterest board. I’m about to do the same for 2016 later this week.
For those of you who don’t follow me there, I’ve arranged them by country below. As per my usual criteria, they are all boutique hotels (i.e. with less than 50 rooms usually, apart from a few very luxury hotels) and mostly in Europe.
