Puglia is a region that I’ve been looking at for some time and I’m sure we’ll end up going there soon.  There is a mix of luxury hotels, sumptuous villas to rent but all cheaper B&Bs that I saw were pretty rustic in style.

However, I recently found Calce Bianca, a modern B&B which has a striking architecture and a wonderful position in the countryside but near Ostuni, a lovely village and with sea view.

It also has a pool (look at that one !) and rooms each have a terrace/garden. Breakfast is served in the room as there are no communal room. The prices are really attractive starting at 50 Euros per night !

I have been charmed by this estate ever seen I first spotted it maybe a year ago or so. I love those places where you can choose to either stay in the hotel or have your own villa with some services. It means that you can go with some friends or the grand-parents with everyone still retaining their privacy or elect their accommodation according to their budget.
